Ground Zero seeks injunction to stop construction of second wharf at Bangor

Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action, Physicians for Social Responsibility Washington and activist Glen Milner filed suit against the U.S. Navy to stop construction of a second munitions wharf at Bangor Submarine Base.

The Suquamish tribe has filed a second lawsuit, addressing their treaty rights along the Hood Canal.
